2. Description of Service

Eli's Closet is an AI-powered fashion assistant that helps users manage their wardrobe, generate outfit suggestions, and share outfits socially. The Service includes a mobile application, a marketing website, and associated backend services. Features include clothing item cataloging via photo upload, AI-driven outfit generation, and social sharing with comments and likes.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including clothing photos and outfit configurations. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

When you share an outfit publicly, it becomes visible to all users and visitors. You may remove shared outfits at any time, which will revoke public access.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze clothing items and generate outfit suggestions, including model images. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without permission.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Eli's Closet and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability
